Description:

Support Standard Rules, Rise & Fall, and Gathering Storm

This MOD is the Northern Parliament Civilization led by Tashkent. Optional leaders include Tashkent and Tashkent μ. Tashkent is a character in the mobile game Azur Lane.

Leader Traits:

Tashkent

The Blue Cruiser: All districts get an additional standard adjacency bonus from Coast and Lake. Harbor and each building in Harbor provide +1 Amenity. +5 Combat Strength to naval units when they are fighting against district defenses, land or air units. Naval units with a ranged attack gain +1 Attack Range on Coast. Gain the Tashkent class Destroyer unique unit with Steam Power.

Unique Unit "Tashkent class Destroyer": Northern Parliament unique unit that replaces Ironclad, with a ranged attack, Range 2. Can also engage in melee attacks. The cost, Combat Strength and Movement are high. Has Anti-Air Strength. Reveals Naval Raiders within sight range.

Tashkent µ

Blue Spirit: +1 Culture for each Coast, Lake and plots adjacent to Coast or Lake. Culture Bomb adjacent tiles when completing a Harbor. Each building in Harbor gets 2 Great Work slots of Music, and +2 Great Musician points per turn. In addition, each building in Harbor increase the tourism provided by the Great Work of Music in this city by 100%. May initiate the Astrum Support project in any city with a Harbor.

Unique Project "Astrum Support": District-based project which provides Culture and Gold every turn and Great Musician points once finished.

Civilization Traits:

Defend the motherland: Builds Industrial Zone, Emcampment, and Harbor districts in half the time. +1 Food and +1 Production from Tundra adjacent to the city center. Increases Healing by 10 to your Military units in your own territory. +5 Strength when they are attacked on your own territory and when they attack an enemy on your own territory. +20% Production to all districts, buildings and Wonders building in your cities with Industrial Zone, Emcampment, or Harbor whenever you are not at war with any civilization. +50% Production towards military units in your cities with Industrial Zone, Emcampment, or Harbor whenever you are at war with any civilization.

Unique Building:

Vodka Distillery: A building unique to Northern Parliament, replaces Workshop. +2 Production, +1 Amenity. Farms and Plantations within this city provide an additional +2 Gold. Provides 1 Vodka, a unique Luxury resource which provides +4 Amenities.

Unique Unit:

Kara class Cruiser: Northern Parliament unique unit that replaces Destroyer, with a ranged attack, Range 2. Can also engage in melee attacks. The cost is low but Movement is high. Has Anti-Air Strength. Reveals Naval Raiders within sight range. +10 additional Combat Strength when fighting Naval Raiders.
