Description:

Leader: Tokizaki Kenzo (pirate)
Characteristics.
In addition to the characteristics of his doppelganger, he starts the game in a marine cell; he unlocks the "Navigation" and "Shipbuilding" technologies, and has the ability to enter the marine cell. Water transport units have +2 movement power. Land units in land cells adjacent to the coast have +5 combat power; naval units in shallow water cells have +5 combat power. Naval melee units are healed in neutral territory and are allowed to conduct coastal raids. Units ignore additional movement consumption from embarkation and disembarkation.
After opening the first city, you get a free builder and a +1 population for that city. +1 Time, +2 Technology and +2 Culture per turn until the first city is opened. No damage from floods. Fishing boats provide +1 extra food and cast cultural bombs on adjacent cells; sea homes provide +1 extra food and cast cultural bombs on adjacent cells. When a port is built, you can apply cultural bombs to adjacent cells. +3 houses for coastal cities.
Build areas and buildings on the other side of the river opposite the city center +50% productivity. River, coast and lake cells provide a small adjacent bonus to sanctuaries, colleges, industrial areas, theater plazas and entertainment centers.
Developing bricks unlocks the canal; developing cartography unlocks the Sea Home Prototype; acquiring municipal games and entertainment unlocks the water park.
International trade routes can only lead to cities on the coast or with ports, but all gains are +50%. Merchant units have a +50% range of movement in the water.
Harbors/dams adjacent to city centers/canals adjacent to city centers in freshwater cells provide freshwater housing; after completion of "urbanization" municipalities, aqueducts provide additional housing based on cell charms. Port buildings provide additional output from marine cells or marine resources.

Leader: Tokizaki Kenzo (Black Cat)
Characteristics.
In addition to the characteristics of the doppelganger Maniac San, +1 food for the entire region; additional +1 food for farms and plantations. City food and population growth rate +15%. +2 Satisfaction to Food Barn. +2 food for trade routes; +2 additional food for both sides for ally trade routes. The effect of your area and improvements on the unit grid’s charm is extended to the entire city.

Leader: Tokizaki Kenzo (White Cat)
Characteristics.
+1 food for the entire area in addition to the characteristics of the doppelganger Manzan; +1 additional food for farms and plantations. City food and population growth rate +15%. +2 Satisfaction to Food Barn. +2 food for trade routes; +2 food for both sides for ally trade routes. Scouting units get a free upgrade the first time they are adjacent to a natural wonder.

Leader: Tokizaki Kenzo (Reverse Bunny Girl)
Characteristics.
+4 gold for all trade routes in addition to the characteristics of the doppelganger Kanezo; +4 additional gold for allied trade routes. +4 gold coins for luxury resources; +2 gold coins for bonus or strategic resources. Allowed to buy areas with gold coins. All units in the city have +2 Charisma. +1 to Academy, Commerce Center, Sanctuary, and Theater Square in Charming areas; +3 in Stunning areas. +2 cultural value to extremely charming units near wonders. Units have +5/+3/+1/-1/-3 combat power on stunning/glamorous/ordinary/unattractive/obnoxious squares respectively.
The same-sex leader slightly hates you (-3 favorability); the opposite sex leader likes you a lot (+12 favorability).

Leader: Tokizaki Kenzo (Racing Girl)
Characteristics.
In addition to the characteristics of the doppelganger Kanezo, you are located in the marine cell at the beginning of the game; you have unlocked the "Navigation" and "Shipbuilding" technologies, and have the ability to enter the marine cell. Water transport units have +2 movement power. Units ignore additional movement consumption from embarkation and disembarkation.
Free builder after opening the first city and +1 population for that city. +1 Time, +2 Technology and +2 Culture per turn until the first city is opened.
Canals are unlocked when bricks are developed.
+50% gain on international trade routes. +50% movement range of merchant units in the water.
+1 trade route for each era entered; +1 additional trade route for golden era.
All cities have trade posts at the beginning; cities within trade route distance of the capital automatically open trade routes; +1 gold for trade routes passing through their own trade posts.
Additional territory is given to the built city. When a merchant moves within 3 cells of a city for the first time, the unowned cells fall under the control of the empire.
Roads in the country are upgraded by one level.

Leader: Tokizaki Kenzo (Flower Leader)
Characteristics.
In addition to the characteristics of the doppelganger Kanezo, improved strategic resources +2 technology value, the city +10% technology value. Happy cities get an additional +5% technology value. Happy cities have +1 Scientist point for each Academy they have. Cities with Ecstatic Happiness receive a double bonus. Units have +5/+3/+1/-1/-3 combat power on the stunning/charming/ordinary/unattractive/offensive grid, respectively.
The amount of influence points is increased by 50%. The cost of recruiting city-state units is reduced by half and gives them +2 mobility and +5 combat power. Costs 75% less gold and resources to raise units. When collecting troops from a city-state, you get 2 emissaries from that city-state. The first messenger sent to each city-state is treated as two messengers. As a Sovereign, each of your subordinate city-states gives you +5% Culture, Science and Faith.
Leaders of the same sex hate you slightly (-3 favorability); leaders of the opposite sex like you a lot (+12 favorability).
