EC665 Tiger HAD
This is the heavily modified version of the default helicopter RAPTOR.
Features :
– realistic reload and customizable pylons : you need to land at the resupply zone to rearm and repair.
by selecting first or second weapon and pressing space, you can switch the weapon to :
1. SNEB G : Laser guided HEAT warhead.
2: SNEB FC : Flechette warhead for anti-personel.
3. SNEB HE : general high explosive warhead.
4. AGM-114R Hellfire (Inner pylon only) : Laser guided anti tank missile. the missile flies slightly higher than the laser, and then engage top attack in close range. if you launch hellfire without turning on laser, the missile will fly up by itself so you can perfrom LOAL (Lock on after launch) attack.
the best tactic of using hellfire is only exposing the targeting pod behind the hill while guiding the missile. since the missile flies higher than the laser point, you can easily hit the target without getting interrupted by the obstables while flying very low.
5. Mistral (outer pylon only) : in the vanilla helicopter it was laser guided missiles, but now it’s fire and forget heat seeking anti air missile just like in real life.
– Improved HUD : The HUD displays vertical speed in visual UI instead of numbers. this is useful for flying low or landing.
– Improved cockpit : the cockpit now have many animating pieces and MFD screen for Targeting pod camera and GPS.
– removed gear suspension as it makes the helicopter sluggish to fly, and landing too easy.
– Integrated helmet sight where GIAT 30 turret and targeting pod move along with your eyes.
– Decreased armor for more challenge. you have more powerful weapons so it won’t be much problem.

Switch between DTV and FLIR : Numberpad 1
Manually move targeting pod : arrows
MFD screen zoom : previous / next scope (mouse4, mouse5)
