Eltharion, Warden of Tor Yvresse (Standalone Version)
Eltharion is one of the greatest of all Elven lords. It was Eltharion who was the first of Ulthuan’s generals to dare an assault on Naggarond itself and live to speak of it, and he who finally brought about the defeat of Waaagh! Grom.
For his valour in that battle, Eltharion was elected Warden of Tor Yvresse and, though he can be a dour ruler, the people of that once-fair city love him dearly.

Main Campaign Features:
PLAY AS a new unique Lord as he takes his rightful place as leader of the Yvresse faction, on both the Vortex and Mortal Empires campaigns (vortex rituals not featured). No separate faction unlocker required. Whether on foot or atop his Griffon Stormwing, Eltharion is a skilled fighter who has time and time again achieved the impossible both in the defence of his homeland, and when fighting upon foreign shores.
UNIQUE CLIMATE and local effects for settlements in the Yvresse province. Amies will find their progress slowed by the billowing mists, and the threat of ambush is great even on open field.
EXPANDED UNIQUE BUILDING CHAIN for Tor Yvresse (available to High Elves, Dark Elves, Vampires and Skaven). Restore the landmarks of the once-great city to combat the lingering corruption of chaos, and turn the mists to your advantage.
FAMOUS REGIMENTS of Yvresse make themselves available for recruitment to your armies (all High Elf factions); the noble Mistwalkers, stalwart Coastal Guard, and the Spire Guard of Tor Yvresse – fearless archers who form the core of the city’s garrison.
FRESH DIPLOMATIC LANDSCAPE sees Tyrion stand by his fellow Asur in the struggle against Darkness, rather than wielding it’s sword.

This file includes all the features of my YVRESSE PROVINCE OVERHAUL, and the MISTWALKERS and COASTAL GUARD unit packs. As a result having any combination installed will cause problems. This is the only mod you need.
This mod features edits to the startpos files and as such is incompatible with any mods that do the same.
