Includes four playable skins:
NCR Veteran Ranger
NCR Officer (Green Beret)
NCR 1st Recon (Red Beret)
NCR Trooper
and a new multiskin I made with Lordaloa’s help
this new multiskin allows the player to not be assigned a skin, so they can choose their own skin in the instant action menu
