ISIS/Maute/Abu Sayyaf are groups that devoted themselves to ISIS Ideologies, many separatist groups mainly Muslim groups in Mindanao [Circa: early 1970s?? – 2017, although thorns of the groups have been found and are still fighting in guerrilla/bombing attacks]
Armed Forces of the Philippines an underfunded/lacking in modern equipment military, although modernization attempts have been placed, uses mainly M16s and M4s like any NATO/Democratic leaning country [1897 – current]
