District Adjacencies+
A major problem with Civilization is the randomness and difficulty of spawns, which cause poor yields and poor adjacency, often to the point of being near impossible to come back from if you spawn poorly. Thus, in this mod, I aim to balance out some district adjacencies and thus standardize spawns more consistently, providing additional benefits to weak spawns, while also enabling other strategies that utilize district adjacencies.
Changelist:
- Campuses receive minor adjacency from Floodplain tiles
- Commercial Hubs and their replacements receive standard adjacency from luxury resources
- Commercial Hubs and their replacements receive major adjacency from Oases
- Specialty districts receive standard adjacency from the Diplomatic Quarter
- Industrial Zones no longer receive a standard adjacency bonus from Strategic resources
- Industrial Zones now receive a standard adjacency bonus from rivers
- Encampments and their replacements now receive production adjacency bonuses
- Minor adjacency from districts
- Standard adjacency from Diplomatic Quarter and Government Plaza districts
- Standard adjacency from strategic resources
