Districts in Forests
This mod allows you to build all districts in forest without removing them. Adjacency bonuses and appeal bonuses offered by forests remain.

JNR used to make a mod that allowed some of districts to be built in forest, but his mod did not allow Encampment, Industrial Zone, Aerodrome, and Spaceport to be built in forest. So I made this mod to allow you to build any district in forest.
This mod is a small modification to Luke ✞ Jesus Saves ✞’s Districts in Rainforests, thanks to him for making the Rainforests version!
