Description:

A quick patch which changes the placement of the Neo’s shop from Enhanced Storage in Skys Outpost to be between the Tech Scientist and the EASEL, allowing it to be accessible without replacing Ursa Miner. I’m actually kind of proud of the new setup I made for it.
