Craftable Pet Collars
This adds the pet collars to the Pet Station as craftable items, no more searching on random planets for it!
(Except the Ghostly Collar, that one is Treasured Trophies only).
Every collar requires a gold bar, a diamond and 3 leather as base, with each type requiring additional items depending of the type.
Collars with multiple levels can be made by crafting the one of the first level then crafting the next one with diamonds.
