Cincinnati LMA Mk.5
The Cincinnati Mk.5 is a frontier workhorse. Low cost, high endurance, and respectable combat strength make for an ideal platform for scouting, raiding, and territorial patrol missions. This class shines away from the front lines, disrupting the enemy’s backyard and preventing them from doing the same in yours.
Primary armament comes in the form of twelve 30 mm cannon turrets arranged for maximized forward firepower and widest possible firing arcs. Eight sentry guns help defend against drones and suppress ground troops. A tier one shield and titanium armor provide adequate protection against most pier opponents. Despite the absence of an RCS, maneuverability is average with good forward acceleration and braking.
The Cincinnati is equipped for endurance. In addition to extensive fuel and oxygen storage, the main magazine hold 240k VUs of ammo and extra supplies. Support facilities include an advanced constructor, equipment repair station, a full medical suite, and above average crew capacity for a ship of its size. The ship’s lower deck hangar can carry several small and hover vessels to for field mining, scouting, escort, and artillery support duties. Jump seats near the boarding ramp make the Cincinnati a good choice for inserting and supporting commandos against hostile facilities.
Probably not the first choice for a major fleet engagement, but if some of your factions members are feeling bored, have ’em to hop in a cheap CV and go adventuring. The galaxy is full of adventure. The Cincinnati is just the stick to poke it with.

Build time is 4h 43m. You can cut this down some by building or salvaging the 1437 harden steel, 268 steel, and 218 carbon hull blocks the ship uses ahead of time.
