This mod is for Extended Timeline. If you do not have that, then please play this mod instead. If you play with Ante Bellum, then this mod might interest you instead.

Every single subject type in the game is free and occupies no diplomatic slots. If you think that is over powered, then you may instead like my other Extended Timeline mod which only makes client states free.
