Description:

Adds a new familiar item based on Tammy. Fires tears in 10 directions. Doesn’t copy isaac’s tears like Tammy’s head.

• Counts towards Conjoined transformation
• Compatible with External Item Descriptions
• Compatible with Sewing Machine
  1st level – Slight tears up + 50% of the familiar’s tears will copy dome tear effects if the player has them
  2nd level – Tears up + familiar’s tears will copy some tear effects if the player has them
• Compatible with Baby-Bender
• Compatible with Forgotten Lullaby
• Compatible with Sacrificial Altar
• Compatible with BFFS!
• Compatible with Box of Friends (thanks Glitch Bun!)
