There has been a concept of this Zodiac sign earlier, but, being inspired from what I read about this sign (that one is supposed to be compassionate, faithful and to unite all other signs), I re-made this item 🙂
Ophiuchus is an item that, upon entering treasure room, allows you to choose between the original item and the Zodiac sign. Picking up Zodiac item will grant you a soul heart.
