Bloat is tired of staying in Depths/Necropolis, so it learned telepathy and it’s new home is Mausoleum, you can find it at the Boss Room.
when It’s candle is active you can stay on it’s sides as much that you want, but I don’t recommened to stay above or below it…
unlike the other bosses that I made that are from another games, this one don’t drop any extra item because this boss is not from another game or a reference to another game
