Less Impactful party traits
This reduces the impact of party leader traits like "hates barbarians". That one, for instance, was -2 loyalty to a maximum of -10, and is now -1 loyalty to a maximum of -6. I found that I was pretty much always trading with 10 barbarian factions, so the trait would give a guaranteed high loyalty penalty. It could be quite tough to switch from a family member that loved barbarians to one that hated barbarians. Also changes the text descriptions to match.
It should be fairly compatible with other mods, unless they do the same thing, as it only changes a Lua script.
Despite the image, this does not require Divide et Impera, as it only uses vanilla files. You can use it with or without DeI, but it was tested with it.
