Description:

This is a strange little mod for an unusual ck3 experience.

It makes House Seniority as easy to get as partition, and with some exceptions it makes the AI prefer House Seniority. So, Seniority for Everyone. Except tribals.

The effect will be AI realms that stay together and grow stronger over time.
