Description:

This mod was created to enhance multiplayer campaigns. It provides additional content not found in its earlier version, Molon Labe MP Balance. It is evolving and subject to change.

The mod also now incorporates the shattered world mod Death of Alexander (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2466442527), the standard for all multiplayer campaigns at the Molon Labe Discord server

FEATURES

-Standing army laws (unlocking multiple legions) are now accessible to major powers

-Military experience is no longer gained when disbanding levies to prevent exploit

-The mercenary captain trait has been lowered from +5 martial to +3

-Diplomatic and control range have been extended to 2400 and 2000, respectively

-Uniform combat terrain modifiers have been introduced for every nation, changing how each unit performs in certain environments. See the permanent modifiers in the country view for details

-Two new military traditions have been added: Iberian (with Iberian and Celtiberian trees) and Haemic (with Illyrian and Daco-Thracian trees), building on the excelllent work in The Forgotten and Tudhaliya’s Iberian Flavour Mod

-Celtic military traditions have been strengthened

-Indian chariot bonuses have been strengthened

-Foreign military traditions are now accessed via cultural decision after the corresponding culture is integrated. The minimum population required has been raised from 10 to 30 and the maximum required has been lowered from 500 to 300. Unlocking the tradition carries a cost of XP, PI and stability, but it also gives the player a permanent cultural bonus. Note that if the minimum required population is not maintained, the player cannot progress further on the tradition tree.

-The special Greek, Roman, Indian and Gallic innovations are now accessed via a cultural decision after the corresponding culture is integrated. There is a 30 pop minimum and this decision costs PI, but it also provides a brilliant researcher of the culture in question.

-Two new decisions have been added to recruit generals and admirals for an XP cost

-There are two decisions to recruit characters from integrated and primary cultures

-Iberian culture and religions are enriched with content from Iberian Flavour Mod

-Thrace and Greece are enhanced with content from The Forgotten

-The omen bonuses of the Cybelline and Zalmoxian religions have been changed

-The war god’s omen for the Heptadic faith now gives army morale instead of naval morale

-The cost to change deities has been lowered from 15 stability to 10

-Slave raiding now causes the raided ports to burn on the map and reduces opinion (at -150 opinion, the raider will declare war) – event written by DonQ

-The woo general interaction is disabled

-The foreign character assassination is disabled

-The enforce peace interaction is disabled

-Agadimae’s excellent Better UI mod has been incorporated

TRIBES

-The global noble desired pop ratio of -0.07 for tribes has been removed

-The city build cost modifier for tribes has been reduced from -0.25 to -0.1, but building cities is more expensive for decentralised tribes (+50% cost at 100% decentralisation)

-Tribes now gain 0.1 military experience per month

-Decentralisation now provides additional monthly military experience (maximum of 0.4 at 100% decentralisation)

-Full centralisation (100%) now provides 15 civilisation instead of 10

-The values of tribal centralisation and decentralisation laws and events have been increased for faster centralisation and decentralisation

SETTLEMENTS AND POLICIES

-Rural buildings now have the following civilisation values:

Slave estate: 15
Mine: 10
Farming settlement: 10
Barracks: 10
Tribal settlement: 25
Provincial legation: 25

-The migration and assimilation speeds of the provincial legation have increased and it now has a conversion effect

-The Centralise and Decentralise governor policies have been strengthened

-The Harsh Treatment governor policy now causes -20% slave happiness

-The Bleed Them Dry governor policy now causes -10% slave happiness

-Slave revolts now trigger with 15 slaves in a territory at 25% happiness (previously 25 at 10%)

WORLD

-Storms are twice as powerful as before, so stay supplied

-The Warm Period has been extended to the entire map except eastern Iran, Central Asia and India. It starts in 453 AVC and lasts 15 years

-Players may now feed their allies with food from their provinces while at war with the enemy thanks to Flowfire’s Open the Granaries mod

-Food production is now seasonal thanks to the addition of President Storm’s Harvest Season mod
