Liberation+
This is an updated version of the old mod "Liberation" by 31G.
Experience the dawn of mankind! The game starts out with only a handful of nations, only four of which can colonize: Egypt, Assyria, India, and Zhou. These nations can and will expand quickly, however, as they do so, they might (and probably will) break up into smaller nations! These nations can also colonize, so later in the game there might be 20 nations!
There are also numerous tribes and city-states, which can’t colonize, but can reform, which will allow them to colonize.
