Daemontaker
You woke up one day with a dream. Harem full of demon girls. As a monarch you were given divine right to rule by God, but why let that stop you from having a good time with some lovely ladies. Tread carefully, however, as mortals were not intended to walk the realm of fire and brimstone and upsetting a demon may cost you your life.
How to Start Your Journey:
A character who wishes to form a demon harem must be of a Christian faith, have the lustful trait, and NOT be zealous.
If male: be heterosexual or bisexual
If female: be homosexual or bisexual
(otherwise why would they even think about a demon girl harem? Though this is just for some flavorful reasoning to justify the journey. If you really want to you can alter/remove these restrictions in the mod’s htsatanism_activity_decisions.txt file.)
Multiplayer Warning
The mod allows anyone that meets the prerequisites to take the decision to build a demon harem. This is fine in singleplayer as it disables the AI from ever considering it and once you complete the activity your religion will change and thus the decision will disappear. However, nothing is stopping multiple players from taking it (or from taking it again if a new character is selected in singleplayer in a non-ironman game for that matter). This shouldn’t cause any issues and the first person to complete the activity would become The Helltaker, but if you don’t want your immersion broken then here is your warning.
I am simply following the guidelines about permissions set here [pastebin.com] by the creator of Helltaker (Łukasz Piskorz). Specifically, the following section:
Second, don’t use the Helltaker’s logo and avoid using the word "Helltaker" (or "Heaventaker" for good measure) in the title of your game.
- Venture to Hell and gather a harem of demon girls
- Become the Helltaker and show your devotion to Lucifer by creating a new religion
- Patron Demons! Choose a demon to venerate and gain some boons. (It’s basically a version of the Bhakti tenet)
- Events involving the various demons
- An interactive way to encounter Beelzebub and start a new faith based around her.
- New faiths based around the other demons.
- ???
