Shrew GCE-RG Mk.3
The Shrew is a cheap, compact miner HV for players sick of hand mining. Meant to operate from a cargo vessel, the Shrew is light enough to handle most deposits without drill mode. If you’ve only ever drone mined before, give this machine a spin.
Optimal working height is about 1.5 meters. Should be able to climb up a 30 degree incline mine shaft with a full load of most ore. Try to keep the sides level to keep weight off the side thrusters and avoid vertigo. The work lights are toggled by a switch in the control panel. You may have to increase their intensity to compensate for atmospheric haze and dust.
This version of the Shrew was developed originally for Reforge Galaxy, but it also works well in a standard survival game.
