Another weird UWE mod by yours truly, this time Addon rather than a Patch
This mod adds the Loathsome Dung Eater as a Holy Nation bounty, not telling you where he can be found, but I suggest you search for his bounty note
Dung Eater is also a recruitable companion, you do need to fulfil certain standards he has for you before you can recruit him though.
In addition a whole minor faction of wandering Offbrand Dungeaters has been added, they have procedurally generated names and have some precious goodies in their inventories, be careful though, they come with a group of lesser Dung Eaters and a squad of slaves as their escorts, so be warned of picking a fight you can’t win.
A new food item has been added, but you don’t want to eat that…

The Loathsome Dung Eater mod has been further expanded with a couple of new armours, now you finally have your Dung Eaters looking like actual Dung Eaters rather than Cannibal Cosplayers!
