[1.24] Manchu & Indian Advisor Portraits

I made this mod to fix a little problem I’ve had with the advisor portraits – namely, that the Manchu tribes and all of India are completely overlooked, and it feels really strange to be recruiting white Europeans in these parts of the world.
What this mod does:
– The Evenki culture group (Manchu, Buryat, etc.) will now use the Asian-style advisor portraits that came with Mandate of Heaven
– All Indian culture groups will now use the Persian-style advisor portraits that came with Cradle of Civilization (I know Dravidians don’t really look like Persians, but it fits northern Indians and there really isn’t a better alternative to use)
This mod probably won’t work if you don’t have the DLCs the advisor graphics came from!
