I was very disappointed when I saw Merchant Republics didn’t have estates. So I made this mod.

Removals:
– Disabled Merchant Republic Factions

Estates:
– Enabled Estates for Merchant Republics
– Gives 5% extra influence on top of 15% native in Rep
