Original mod by Tremeloe, I just reuploaded for B19.

Changes the size of Solar Panels to work better with Wind Turbines.
No adjustments to balance, just an aesthetic mod.

This mod makes Solar Panels 3×5 rather than 4×4. Nothing more.
