Fixed a glitch you never knew about.

IF THIS FLAG PACK DOESN’T SHOW UP IN MUTATORS:
– Disable ALL of my flag packs
– Reload mods
– Enter map editor
– Exit to main menu
– Enable this flag pack
– Reload mods
I really don’t know why the flag packs do this.
