Description:

Lightweight mod that enables a decision for countries with at least 30% Army Professionalism (or 30% Army Tradition if Cradle of Civilzation is not enabled) to hire a military contractor to recruit soldiers from friendly neighbors. Enabled also for the AI. I’m going to work more on this mod. Should be compatible with everything.

Inspired by "The Army of Flanders and the Spanish Road 1567-1659"

The mod should be bug free but feel free to report anything wrong.
