Lets you give one of your soldiers all the lines spoken by Roman Torchwick’s silent-but-deadly sidekick/bodyguard Neopolitan! Includes EVERY SINGLE LINE (or lack thereof) that Neo speaks in both the main RWBY show and RWBY Chibi, as well as any lines that she will speak in the forseeable future!

I want to make this perfectly clear: THIS IS A BLANK VOICEPACK. I used it for experimenting with faction hero voices, and since I’d already made a Roman voicepack, one thing led to another…
In any case, it appears as "Neopolitan" for female soldiers (including Reapers, Skirmishers, and Templars), "N30P0L17AN" for SPARKs, and "Quiet Guy" for male soldiers. I figured it’d be perfect for in case anyone wants Quiet, Doom Guy, Neo, or some other silent soldier to join their squad.
