Shock Damage +10%.
Welsh Forts:
Fort Defence +20%.
Welsh Bible:
Tolerance Of Own Religion +1.00.
Welsh Universities:
Idea Cost -5%.
Tech Cost -5%.
Welsh Revival:
Trade Good Modifier +10%.
The English Threat:
Dip Rep +1.00.
Hiraeth:
Disc +2.5%.
Land Morale +10%.
Ambition:
Production Efficiency +10%.
