Disable Development Buildings
Hi there.
Finnally after all this time I have updated the mod.
Again it only disables development buildings as in the title.
I know it’s a very small mod but I just wasn’t interested that much in eu4, so I didn’t touch it.
I organized the mod differently so it shouldn’t overwrite anything.
