High Walls For Major Cities
Changed the appearance of all major cities to level 4.
This means that the walls of civilized factions start with 15m-class walls.
Barbarian factions are unfortunately the default wall. However, the size of the city is level 4.
Rome, Constantinople, Ctesiphon… Unique cities start with the large version.
This mod applies to all DLC.
