German Improvements Mod

Become the man Otto wanted you to be with the German Improvements Mod! No longer will you be expanding into Russia and Scandinavia trying to find fertile land as Prussia. Instead, you’ll be eyeballing those German minors to the west and becoming the superpower of Europe! Contest the power of Great Britain, France, and Austria as you rally the Germans to fight under one banner!
In an alternate history where the aftermath of the Austro-Prussian War saw that the German Confederation wasn’t disolved, and Austria was forced to leave instead, take charge of the German Confederation and lead its people to glory in a world where everybody is vying to own a piece of German soil.

I created this mod simply as a side project because I thought it was absurd Germany had no special government type. So, after doing a bit of poking around, I created the German Federal Monarchy, and gave the German ruler his appropriate title of Kaiser.
After I played and enjoyed having a unique Germany, I decided to put a little more effort into the mod, and adding compatibilities for other mods like Extended Timeline. After a while, this turned into a pretty legit thing so I decided to upload it to the workshop.

This mod does two major things! Let me list them for you.
➥ Adds the ability to form the German Confederation.
To form the German Confederation, you need to own the specified regions in Northern Germany, excluding Bohemia. Writing the mod this was necessary to add compatibility for other mods like Extended Timeline which edit the decision to form Germany.
➥ Gives Germany a unique government type.
This new government adds the ability to core 8 more states, gives you a force limit modifier for the Empire rank, and adds new, custom events allowing you to achieve maximum immersion!

Due to the nature of me trying to make this mod compatible with every other mod, please take these next sentences into consideration.
Firstly, this mod is NOT compatible with mods that add nations with the GCF country tag.
Secondly, the ONLY way for you to get this government is if you form the German Confederation before Germany.
