Clinamen: To Manage a Realm
Clinamen is designed to improve realism and gameplay without introducing new mechanics or messing with the AI.
The mod incorporates previous stand-alone Clinamen mods (except for the Lieutenant of Artillery).
The greatest focus of the mod is the internal affairs of the country. The mod tries to make it funny and challenging to manage the country, especially big ones. It is also intended to promote well-organized countries versus their weak but big opponents.
The aim is to make peace-time management both necessary for the survival of the state and meaningful with regard to the state advancement and its position against any competition.
