Using this card lets you donate to the donation machine without spending any money. This means you can keep donating until the machine jams. It also unjams the machine, spawns a machine if one doesn’t already exist in the room, and guarantees that you can add at least five more coins before it jams again.
The unlimited-donation effect only lasts for the current room. In case donation machines aren’t currently useful to you, using this card also spawns a penny (but also because the unlimited-donation effect doesn’t refund your money until right after you’ve donated, so you need to donate a penny to get that penny back).
