[AZC] Artzert’s Chase Controller
This is a mod needed to make vehicles chase you. It only works with mods tagged [AZC], like this one.
It adds a pause menu button to toggle the chase (like the spawn and change weather button).

As mentioned above, you will need some compatible vehicles, then you need to spawn some of those in (pro tip: hold shift to keep spawning).
After you spawned the chase vehicles, get in your car and open the pause menu. Press the enable chase button and make haste!

How a car drives is decided by the script inside the car itself, so bad AI is the issue of the creator of the vehicle and not me. The base pack vehicles are just (as listed in credits) from another mod. I am no AI driving expert and cannot improve these vehicles’ AI. That’s why I made the guide on how to create you own vehicles. I hope someone tries to improve the AI in the future!
The ai in the chase cars uses an edited version of this mod‘s driving script.
The code that drives the cars is contained in the spawnable car itself, and can be freely modified to be smarter, as this mod is just the activator for the car (more on that in the guide above!).
