Description:

This is an SFO balance patch for my Elven Engineering mod.

Redone stats to better fit SFO’s balance.
Functionality to work perfectly with SFO’s unit caps system. A huge shout-out to Maal for helping me sort this out!

I’ve done my best to balance it for SFO. It’s probably not perfect. Please let me know if you think the pieces are too strong or too weak, or something else, and I will make adjustments.
