EW Mec Weapons Adjustment and Strategy Overhaul Bridge
So this mod has the stuff to make Iridar’s EW MEC weapons mod work with Prototype Armoury out of the box.
This also includes a change to how the weapons handle armor penalties to avoid the "gun *gives* armor to enemies when shot at" scenario if you have SPARK classes that don’t have Shredder by default. This works standalone so you don’t need Prototype Armory installed.
Specifically it adjusts the default base damage to no longer have the anti-shred, and instead gives the weapons from the mod an ability called "Lightweight Ammo" – if the weapon’s natural pierce is unable to bypass all armour, it applies a scaling damage debuff (-1 for conventional level weapons, -2 for magnetic level weapons, -3 for beam level weapons) that avoids the chance for accidentally giving armor to enemies. Design intent is still there, it should just avoid edge cases much better.
