Support Gathering Storm

This mod is the PARQUET Civilization led by Tsubasa and Rino. Optional leaders include Tsubasa&Rino. Original characters are from PARQUET, the game of YuzusoftSour.

Civilization Traits:
Mind Shift：+1 Era Score from Historic Moment. Get bonus which first meets the requirement:
In a Golden Age, +1 Science per turn for each Citizen, and cities with Campus +15% Production. (Requirement: earn a Golden Age twice)
In a Dark Age, has one economic policy slot in any government, and +1 Production per turn for each Citizen.(Requirement: Fall into the Dark Age once)

Leader Traits:
Human Cloning Plan：+1 Movement in a Golden Age. +30% Production towards all units in a Dark Age.

Unique Building:
Tsubasa’s Lab:A building unique to PARQUET that replaces Research Lab. Providing more Great Scientist points. If have the Golden Age bonus of Mind Shift, +30% Production towards projects.
Rino’s Florist: A building unique to PARQUET that replaces Market. Provides +2 Production and +2 Amenities to this city. If have the Dark Age bonus of Mind Shift, provides additional Trade Route capacity.

Unique Unit:
BMI Spec Ops: PARQUET’s unique industrial units that replaces the Spec Ops. Required technology is earlier and the required production cost is lower.
