noEasy – Overhaul
WARNING/NOTE: Currently (1.53) there is a bug that prevents modified PersonalityTraits from loading from a savegame, so effectively the modified traits do not work. If someone knows a workaround for this, I’d love to know!

Intended for start from European Racing Series, either as Predator, ZRT, Archer, Dragon, Octane, Firebird, Vexala or Silva – or your own team (Free DLC).
Mainly for personal use, I thought I may aswell share.
Aimed to convert the game into more challenging experience without changing any of the main mechanics. I was sick of Steinmann, Rossini and Panther seldom offering any challenge.
Examples:
-Pay drivers are not pay drivers forever anymore, instead they are this for up to two years at a time.
-Money in general is a bit more difficult to come by.
-Drivers are more likely to generate both good and bad traits.
-Top teams are far less easy to catch up with. (Hopefully. Needs further testing)
-Team/driver renames to real counterparts (at least for WMC/F1)
-Adjustment of trait attributes etc.
-More balanced starts between bottom teams, so Predator isn’t "the One Team to lose them all".
Does not edit ANY visual assets so should be fully compatible with all visual mods.
