Mountain Bay
The Politburo is sending you to the Mountain Bay area to install a new Soviet Republic. Your goal is to settle and sustain hundred thousand comrades producing all nessecary good yourself from resources gathered locally.
The Mountain Bay area is a bay in the north east fed by a stream from the south west, sourrounded by high mountains and some valleys. All natural resources are available in some quantity.
The Politburo has made it very clear that failure is not an option and assigned you a Politruk to make sure. You can expect to eat a bullet if you do not achieve planned success.
