Everything’s Better, From Lower To Upper
If you’re reading this it’s because the tests of my new lower skilled mechanics and engineers worked and they can now be used in lower series’. Also, this mod is almost exactly like my other mod ‘Do Everything Even Better’ with the only modification being the desiner and mechanics that now work in the lower series’.
Both of the mechanics and the desinger have lower skills, but have five star potentials, and their improvement rates should be much better than normal, so they’re still really good to use, and will get better as the team gets better, and as the HQ gets more developed.
