Anthrax’s OPFOR LDF [RHS]
This mod adds an OPFOR revision of the LDF using RHS equipment, presenting a faction with a true to lore scope (i.e that of a small but technologically capable infantry force) whilst reimagining them to suit scenarios where they’ve been allied with Russia since the 2010’s.
It goes without saying that you may want the Contact DLC to avoid advertisements, but its not a dependency whatsoever.
The general idea behind the factions equipment selection is that during their immediete post soviet years, there was an alignment with the west/NATO that lasted until the 2010’s. When the current political party ruling the Republic of Livonia won the elections and re-aligned back with Russia, suppresing some of the protest outbreaks. Because they spent the 2000’s with western military assistance, they have some western tech such as American NVG’s and Optics, but since re-aligning back with Russia they’ve been moving over to using Russia’s newest defence exports.
