Trees are now normally passable, more reasonably priced @ $50 and get delivered at normal speeds! -Personally I love having pathways behind trees, this removes the weird routing around trees (entirely)! So walking (over paths) behind trees is now possible!
->You still have to CANCEL the Tree’s Demolition when building your paths behind trees!.
‘Micro Tweak’: -1 file with 1 definition, 0 sprites
This one is tiny, it is to go allong with my bigger mods!
