Raiding Only In War
This mod prevents the player and the AI from raiding a region if the raiding faction isn’t at war with the owner of that region.
Has Vandy’s Mod Configuration Tool option to not touch AI-faction army vs AI-faction region for the sake of horde balancing.
Compatibility:
This is a 100% script mod, it’s compatible with literally everything.
Should work in Multiplayer.
