No promotion/relegation in vanilla
A simple edit made at the request of a player on the discussions board that effectively turns off promotions in game. Not my cup of tea, but it may appeal to some players.
Bonus: decided to turn off random grids too. Tis a stupid rule and I figured people would appreciate not having to deal with that either.
