Upsurge Meta Mod
This is the meta mods for the Upsurge Collection. That just means this has a bunch of config tweaks for other mods in the collection.
Base Game
Added survivor (guaranteed bleed-out and less wound time) to all vest
Disabled the following dark events: Midnight raids, Major breakthrough, Viper rounds, Counterattack, Spider and fly
Changed AP gain rates so intelligence is less important
Added scatter to grenades
Spark rifles only have 1 upgrade slot at all tiers

Marines can use pistols
Removed knifes from Assaults
Shields now count as a light weapon for Assaults
Greatly decreased the cost of GTS upgrades
Proficiency Plugin : Field Support Officer
Can no longer be promoted into
Added blank perks to their AWC deck to match base proficiency classes
Removed GTS upgrades
Free Carry Drop Subdue WOTC
Carry, drop, and subdue require ap to use (but are still free actions)
[WOTC] Covert Infiltration
Changed the drop table for the misc utility item covert action
[WOTC] Randomized Gatecrasher Loadouts
Added loadouts for Jane Kelly and proficiency reaper
[WOTC] Molotovs by Iridar
Molotovs no longer do damage and have 3 uses
