182: in 194 if alive
190: in 194 if alive
194: ✅
200: NO

In 190 start he will join in 194 (never before that). If he dies before 194 or dosen’t belong to any faction then he can’t join. Same goes for 182 start. It’s crappy, this is what I can do for him. He is another annoying hero who starts in that forsaken Han Empire faction.

He died in 199. If someone really want it, then I can revive him for 200 start date with another mod.
