Empty world
A completely empty world, void all history and any other feature of the game’s history.
This is meant for modders to have a base mod to work from — you cannot use it, by itself, to play a game.
I won’t be paying too much attention to EU4 for the foresable future, which also means I will likely be missing any updates that may screw up the mod. If I do, let me know and I’ll update the mod as soon as possible.
