Cheaper Recruitment Decisions
In the vanilla game the larger your annual income is, the more gold you have to pay for certain events. For example, recruiting a commander costs 25% of your annual income! This mod reduces the cost from 25% to 5% of your annual income.

Promote a Commander
Invite Noble to Court
Present Débutante
