Description:

This was requested by a few people, allows you to to have 12 idea groups instead of 8. Ideas cost 350 but it’ll take 4 to unlock a national idea instead of 3. The extra idea slots start arriving after tech 10.

It’s based on the Anbennar technology file so it probably won’t work without Anbennar. Idea Group mod isn’t required.
